When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, the process challenge you describe and any current tools you choose to mention. We also receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request and security logs.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, clarify your operational needs, recommend a sensible next step, keep the service reliable and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
Service providers
Eleva Solutions uses Vercel to host and deliver the website, Supabase, when enquiry storage is enabled, to store accepted enquiries, and Resend to deliver enquiry notifications. Information sent to these providers is used to host the site, store accepted enquiries or deliver notifications. Each provider handles that information under its own security and privacy terms.
Storage outside Australia
Some service providers or their infrastructure may process or store information outside Australia. The exact location can depend on provider configuration and may change. We review the providers we use and limit the information shared with them to what the service needs.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only while it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise zero risk. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive credentials in the enquiry form.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. Email info@elevasolutions.com.au with enough detail for us to identify your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Contact us at info@elevasolutions.com.au if you have a privacy question or concern. We will acknowledge it, investigate the relevant handling and explain our response. If the concern is not resolved, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
